Most robots listed above are used in a controlled environment at the moment. For example robotic arms used for production and are separated from humans. The use of fences, special light screens and other safety hardware is used to keep the worker safe. Experts are programming the robots at a slow speed to prevent a direct hit from the robotic arm.
Smaller robots like the vacuum cleaners, lawn mower, and toys are accepted by the public, because if they going rogue nothing will happen. Bigger machines are more dangerous, because somebody can get hurt or killed when the robot doesn’t do what it suppose to do.
